Syngonium Podophyllum
I hope your Syngonium brings you as much joy as she brought me! I wanted to share how I have cared for her in case it might be helpful J
Syngonium Podophyllum comes in many different varieties including Albo, Pixie, Maria and even Scrambled Eggs! They are pretty easy going plants and thrive in many different environments. Something to consider is the more light she gets, the brighter and lighter her foliage will be. In medium to lower light, she will maintain the muted brass-colour.
Just to note: low light doesn’t mean NO light. Low light is pulled away from a direct light source or a north facing window.
Syngonium Podophyllum do much better when under watered as opposed to over watered. I let her soil get to about 50-75% dry before watering, and if in doubt, I wait a few more days. I just push a chopstick halfway into the soil – if it comes out clean, it’s time to water.
